ADV Paths is a motorcycle trip-planning and navigation app with an AI assistant, group ride features, and (in future) guided tours offered by independent operators.
Motorcycling is inherently dangerous. ADV Paths provides suggestions — routes, weather information, turn instructions, checklists — for convenience only. They may be wrong, incomplete, or outdated. You alone are responsible for your safety: obey traffic laws, road signs, and conditions on the ground; never operate the app while the vehicle is moving; always verify fuel, weather, and road status independently. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for accidents, injuries, losses, or damages connected to your use of the app.
ADV's assistant generates itineraries, briefs, and advice using artificial intelligence. AI output can be inaccurate. Treat it as a starting point, not professional advice.
You're responsible for your credentials and for activity on your account. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service (including abuse of the AI assistant). You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.
Group features share your live location with the session you join, for the duration of the session. Guides are other users, not our employees; we are not responsible for their conduct or route choices.
When tours launch, bookings are contracts between you and the independent tour operator. Payments are processed by Stripe. Operator cancellation and refund policies will be shown before purchase.
Don't attempt to break, overload, reverse-engineer, or misuse the service, scrape data, or use it for unlawful purposes.
We may update these terms; continued use after changes means acceptance. We'll flag significant changes in the app.
